The cocktail today is a simple summer cocktail. Trader Joe's is now carrying Limoncello and while you can make Limoncello from scratch (recipe here), the one carried at Trader Joe's is an excellent and affordable option - as well as a quick and easy option for an impromptu dinner party.
Recipe
(add items to a chilled glass in the order listed below)
Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice from 1/2 a grapefruit
1/4 cup Limoncello
1/2 a can of seltzer water
4 cubes of ice
We also suggest adding raspberries and mint!
