Mint

I have a couple of mint plants that are doing so well this season (thanks to the bf...he is the one with the green thumb)! So, this past weekend for a Father's Day celebration, I made mint guacamole and mint chutney. Both turned out delicious!! Next up on the mint menu? Mint Juleps and Mojitos...oh my!
